I started yoga because my wife Joanne was always extolling the benefits of attending yoga classes.
I have been attending most Saturday’s since last year with Joanne, and I am enjoying the benefits and find it is a relaxing beginning to the weekend.
I find it is great for building flexibility. On a personal level I find that it is easier to reach down for things and removes some of the stiffness that we all get as part of the aging process.
Surprisingly, I also find it useful in a work environment, and at times it is useful just to zone out to take things into perspective.
