Hello, I’m Naomi.
I’ve been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years now. My regular yoga practice helps keep me strong and centred. It’s made a very positive impact on my life and I consider it a privilege to be able to share a practice with others.
I’m a qualified nurse and midwife and have worked in the health sector for my entire career. I enjoy seeing people experience the many benefits of yoga for both body and mind. Much of what I have learned on my yoga mat has been of great practical use to me in ‘real life’, keeping me fit, healthy and calm, and helping me to manage a busy lifestyle.
I believe that we benefit from different types of yoga at different times, depending on what’s going on in our lives.
