Hi, I’m Andrea.
My enthusiasm for yoga was sparked by my deep rooted passion for health and well-being, reaching back to my education as registered nurse 30 years ago. What motivates me most about yoga is the focus not only on physical benefits, but also on the emotional, mental and spiritual well-being and the self-healing power of the human body.
I would describe my teaching style as encouraging, intuitive and adaptive to the needs of the individual and the class focusing on giving the participants a sense of empowerment.
My mission is to help you to find your own yoga practise with a combination of different yoga styles, empathy and a deep understanding of the human mind.
