Prenatal yoga is a gentle practice that focuses on supporting your body and mind through pregnancy and birth. The aim is to increase the flexibility, stamina and strength of the muscles used in childbirth. The classes also help to calm the mind, focus on the changes happening in your body and offer an opportunity to spend some time connecting with your baby and feeling nurtured.

Mindful Flow Yoga
This class is a vinyasa-type class that focuses on linking the breath with calming, mindful movement. After your class you will feel balanced, both physically and mentally. Enjoy the meditative quality of allowing your body to flow with your breath.
